This is from a trip I took with my sister to Paris last year. A couple of years back, my husband and I got bumped off our flight coming back from Mexico and ended up with two vouchers for $600 each with that airline. By the time I was able to use them, my husband couldn't take any vacation because he had just started a new job. So, I called my sister and asked if she wanted to take a (free!) trip to Paris! Not bad, right? I close friend of mine lives in Paris, so we stayed with him. On a beautiful, crisp, sunny Sunday morning we went out for champagne and oysters. Can you be more decadent? It was a wonderful day.

I love oysters! They look absolutely delicious too! Thanks for for your advice too, very helpful. If you ever get another free trip and decide to explore Egypt be sure to let me know....It will have to be more than a $600 voucher though. :^)

I've never eaten oysters, or been to Paris. It sounds like a fabulous trip though.
